As previously mentioned, Eagle Interiors is staffed with 27 seasoned and highly experienced construction, facilities and maintenance personnel. The qualifications of the firm’s management team are given below:

Michael Perrotta, President
Mr. Perrotta’s extensive experience began and continues to be in the Architectural, design build sector of the industry.  He has worked for various Architectural firms as Senior Designer as well as Senior Project Manager.  His steady career growth enabled him to acquire the position of Vice President before founding Eagle Interiors, Inc. in 1995.  As President of Eagle Interiors, Inc., Mr. Perrotta personally services and maintains relationships with clients as well as visiting construction sites and attending project meetings with Architects, Engineers and Consultants.  His hands on approach to servicing clients includes administrative, construction and operations of all company activities.

Carmine Sorvillo, A.I.A, Executive Director of Operations and Project Management
Within the banking, financial and corporate communities, Mr. Sorvillo is considered to be an expert in his field. He has worked for private Architectural firms in the capacity of Project Architect & Manager through all phases from inception to move-in.
He has held such positions as Project Manager, Team Director, Director of Facilities and Director of Construction for Fortune 500 companies, governmental agencies and educational institutions. His 38 years of corporate experience includes corporate office projects and retail branch work. Mr. Sorvillo is a Registered Architect in the State of New York.

Parmanand Sarju, FMP, Director of Facilities
Mr. Sarju is extensively experienced, strongly credentialed facilities management professional whose 22+ year career in the industry encompasses the multi-site management of all classes of facilities to include (multi-tenant, owner-occupied, Class A Tier 1 critical infrastructures, financial institutes, landmark buildings, office buildings, and pharmaceutical labs ranging from 3,000sf  to 90,000sf totaling more than 1.5M sf). Strong fiscal, personnel, and project management competencies. Cross-functional management of union teams and contractor crews across all building trades. In-depth background designing/implementing risk assessment/management policies, safety procedures, business continuity plans, compliance, preventive maintenance including conducting employee training. Comprehensive knowledge of City, State, Federal, OSHA, and Fire Codes, reinforced by numerous industry certifications and advanced technical, 
electromechanical, and engineering skills.
